CLF’s New Ad In OH-12 Slams O’Connor’s Support For Pelosi And Her Radical Agenda

Dishonest Danny supports Pelosi and her plan that cuts Medicare by $800 billion

WASHINGTON – Congressional Leadership Fund (@CLFSuperPAC), the super PAC endorsed by House Republican leadership, today released a new ad, “O’Connor and Pelosi,” airing in the special election in Ohio’s 12th Congressional District. The ad highlights Dishonest Danny O’Connor’s support of Nancy Pelosi after lying about it for months, along with detailing his support for Pelosi’s extreme agenda that cuts Medicare spending by $800 billion. The spot is part of CLF’s television buy, which exceeds $2.6 million, and will run simultaneously on broadcast and cable.

“First Danny O’Connor lied about his support for Nancy Pelosi, and now he’s lying about Social Security and Medicare. The only thing O’Connor has proven to Ohioans throughout this campaign is that he’ll do or say anything to get elected,” said Courtney Alexander, CLF Communications Director. “Dishonest Danny is already backing Nancy Pelosi’s extreme agenda, including her plan that cuts Medicare spending by $800 billion. Ohioans deserve a leader like Troy Balderson who they can trust to put their interests first, not Nancy Pelosi’s.”

In addition to the ad campaign, CLF launched a field program to support Troy Balderson made up of a district-wide phone and door-to-door GOTV effort which will result in over 500,000 doors knocked by Election Day on August 7.
