Ben McAdams has “goals,” we have some questions

Ben McAdams is doing his best to dodge tough questions by talking about “goals” rather than the realistic steps he would take to fix real problems for Utahns as an elected Member of Congress.

So, what are McAdams’ “goals” for these Democratic priorities?

  • What is McAdams’ goal for House Democrats’ refusal to vote on the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act? And how does someone who claims to be pro-life receive a 100% rating from Planned Parenthood?
  • What is McAdams’ goal for his fellow Democratic colleagues on the Financial Services Committee like Maxine Waters, Rashida Tlaib, and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez who want to raise taxes on Utah workers and businesses?
  • What is McAdams’ goal for dealing with the anti-Semitism coming from his fellow Democrats like Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib? What are his goals as they work to expand the anti-Israel BDS movement?
  • What are McAdams’ goals for the increasingly radical Democratic Presidential primary? Who will he endorse?

McAdams hopes to keep talking about nebulous “goals” that he knows he won’t be able to achieve, but his constituents expect results. And not the kind of results McAdams and the Democratic Party have in mind.

Perhaps he can finally get into some specifics at his town hall tonight.
