VIDEO: Rep. Stevens loses her marbles (again) on the House floor

Remember when Rep. Haley Stevens had a total meltdown and started SCREAMING at her constituents last fall? Well… moments ago she did it AGAIN when she came unglued, screaming and yelling on the floor of the House of Representatives.

Her Democratic colleagues tried their best to calm her down, but her behavior was so appalling, she was quickly ruled out of order.
