CLF Statement on the MI-08 Primary Results

Congressional Leadership Fund released the following statement on the results of the primary in Michigan’s 8^th Congressional District:

“Congratulations to Paul Junge on his hard-fought victory in tonight’s primary,” said CLF President Dan Conston. “Elissa Slotkin has proven time and time again she is more concerned with pushing the radical policies of Nancy Pelosi and becoming a darling of her liberal party than being a truly independent voice for hardworking people in Michigan. Junge’s legacy of job creation and public service will make for an easy choice for voters this fall, and I look forward to congratulating him on his victory once again this November.”
