CLF Statement on the MI-11 Primary Results

Congressional Leadership Fund released the following statement on the results of the primary in Michigan’s 11^th Congressional District:

“Eric Esshaki’s life is a testament to what is possible in the American Dream, and I congratulate him on his victory tonight,” said CLF President Dan Conston. “Between getting into screaming matches with her constituents, to coming completely unglued on the House floor, voters have seen first-hand that Haley Stevens just doesn’t have the temperament to lead. Between caring for patients in the emergency room and blowing the whistle to protect seniors against mistreatment, Eric has proven that he is someone voters can trust to put their needs first. I look forward to his victory in November.”
