First T.V. And Digital Ad In IL-12 Highlights Brendan Kelly’s Liberal Record On Crime

On Kelly’s watch, more than 50% of St. Clair County crimes were pled out

WASHINGTON – Congressional Leadership Fund (@CLFSuperPAC), the super PAC endorsed by House Republican leadership, today released a new ad, “Unprosecuted,” in Illinois’ 12th Congressional District. The ad highlights Brendan Kelly’s liberal record on crime. The ad will run on television in the St. Louis and Paducah media markets and on digital platforms throughout the district.

“On Brendan Kelly’s watch, more than 50 percent of St. Clair County crimes were pled out, and even worse, he turned his back on women who alleged sex crimes,” said Michael Byerly, CLF spokesman. “Illinois families deserve better than Brendan Kelly.”

This is CLF’s first television ad in Illinois’ 12th Congressional District. In addition to the ad campaign, CLF previously opened a field office in Illinois’ 12th Congressional District. Each CLF field office is supported by a full-time staffer and hundreds of interns and volunteers who engage with voters on a daily basis through hyper-targeted phone banking and door-to-door canvassing.
